To apply for admission to Calvin Christian School, please complete the
application form
and return to:

After we receive a completed application form, we will contact you to schedule a visit with the principal of the building that you will be attending. This will be scheduled at your convenience.
A final enrollment form will be mailed in May prior to your start at school or immediately after your application is approved.
