My Philosophy:

Teaching in a Christian school is something I hold dear to my heart. I believe God calls me to this vocation and I humbly accept this awesome responsibility. It always leaves a great impression on my heart when I think about the fact that God is using me to advance His kingdom through the lives of students. As I greet students each day, I am given an awesome opportunity to share the love of God with them. Students need to understand the sovereignty of God. He is in control and is ruler of all. I believe that my teaching needs to be based on the authority of the Word. We need to be people of the Book, seeking God's will for our lives. God is a God who keeps His promises. Through scripture we are reminded of this over and over. Students also need to understand the seriousness of sin and God's grace. We are so undeserving of this grace and yet God has chosen us to be His children and will never let us go. As I teach children, it is my hope and prayer that through the words I speak, the meditations of my heart, and the actions that I do, God will be glorified and pleased. My desire is for Him. In my life Lord, be glorified.
